The vision

Pop psychology is everywhere — and mostly horoscopes with better fonts. Real personality research is rigorous, but mostly buried in journals. Hexis is the bridge.

That difference isn’t snobbery; it’s the whole point. A measure built on real evidence can tell you something true and durable about yourself and the people you know — and let you check it against how they actually turn out. A quiz that sorts you into a “type” for fun can’t, by construction. So the closer you read someone, the more it means.

Character isn’t a label you wear; it’s a settled disposition — ἕξις— that shows in how you act and how others read you. Hexis measures more than you: it measures how well we actually see each other. And because the numbers are real, that’s worth doing.

Line two profiles up factor by factor, with a research‑grounded similarity score for how alike they really are.

Rank your circle

Sort everyone you’ve added by any trait — most honest, most conscientious, most open — and see exactly where you land among them.

Factors, then facets

Start with the six factors, then go deeper into all 24 facets for a finer‑grained portrait — and finer‑grained guessing.

Private by default

Your name, your picture, and your results are three separate switches. Nothing is public unless you say so, and your speculations are only ever yours.

Six factors, one letter each

Most personality tests are for fun. This one tells you something true.

The sixteen types, the star signs, the quiz that sorts your friend group: they’re built to flatter and entertain, and they’re a blast. HEXACO is a different animal — six factors drawn from decades of cross‑cultural evidence, measuring how people genuinely differ. So a read on Hexis isn’t a fun label; it’s a real signal about how someone thinks, works, and treats people. It won’t diagnose anyone, but it will tell you something that holds up.
